Branzino Fillet/Whole
Branzino is a special treat from the Mediterranean. Ours is from Greece, where it’s often served whole or filleted, fresh off the grill, simply with olive, salt and a squeeze of lemon. These are available by the fillet; each are about 1/3 of a pound. Or whole (scaled and gutted, ready to cook). Branzino from Greece is a treat. It’s a fantastic fish to try whole (about 1.5-2 lbs each or 2/3 lb of fish), good for 2 people. Photo thanks to San Francisco’s Four Star Seafood.
